ASPC10 is seeking passionate, community-minded leaders to join our Board of Directors. Board members serve as ambassadors for our mission, guiding the organization’s strategic direction, ensuring sound governance, and helping expand our impact nationwide.
This is a volunteer leadership position ideal for individuals who value heritage, craftsmanship, and community service.
We are looking to fill the following positions:
- Vice Chairman
- Secretary
- Treasurer
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic guidance and oversight to support ASPC10’s mission, goals, and programs.
- Attend quarterly board meetings (virtual or in person).
- Serve on at least one committee (e.g., fundraising, marketing, events, legal, or community outreach).
- Assist with networking, partnerships, and donor relations.
- Support and promote ASPC10 events, campaigns, and fundraising efforts.
- Act as a visible ambassador for the organization within your community and network.
- Uphold the highest standards of integrity, stewardship, and accountability.
Qualifications & Requirements
- A passion for classic vehicles, community service, or veteran causes.
- Experience in one or more of the following areas preferred:
- Nonprofit leadership or governance
- Fundraising, marketing, or sponsorship development
- Financial management or accounting
- Legal or compliance
- Event planning or community engagement
- Automotive restoration, history, or media
- Ability to commit 5–10 hours per month to board activities.
- Willingness to make an annual financial contribution (amount flexible) and assist in fundraising efforts.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.
- US citizen and reside in the contiguous US
Expectations
- Serve a two-year term, renewable by board approval.
- Attend a minimum of 75% of meetings and major events if within your area.
- Actively participate in one committee or special project.
- Represent ASPC10 positively and ethically at all times.
- Support the mission through advocacy, fundraising, and community presence.
