Truck for a Hero is ASPC10’s signature charitable initiative. Each year the organization works with volunteers and sponsors to restore a classic GM truck and gift it to a deserving community hero.

Recipients may come from several service based groups that have faced or are currently facing hardship, including:

  • Wounded or disabled veterans
  • First responders (police, fire, EMT)
  • Teachers
  • Community heroes that help others

These individuals are recognized for service, resilience, and contributions to others.

Recipients are nominated by the community. The ASPC10 leadership and members review applications and vote to select a hero.

ASPC10 builds partnerships with:

  • Automotive enthusiasts
  • Restoration professionals
  • Small businesses
  • Car shows and automotive events

Ambassadors help promote preservation, education, and community engagement through events and outreach.

Yes. ASPC10 is developing an education and training initiative that offers hands-on restoration experience for veterans, students, and underrepresented individuals interested in automotive trades.
